Conspiracy to Commit Violent Domestic Robbery

A defendant accused of a conspiracy to commit violent domestic robbery was acquitted following a seven-day trial at Chichester Crown Court.

The case involved cross examination of a vulnerable witness, cell-site and ANPR evidence, and legal argument as to the admissibility of covert probe recordings.
