Man Acquitted of Child Cruelty

A man charged with child cruelty against his son was unanimously acquitted following a four-day trial at Woolwich Crown Court. The case involved a section 28 cross-examination of the child and eight hearings specifically addressing insufficient disclosure regarding records from the family court, social services, and the child’s school.
