Primark Guard convicted of Sexually Assaulting Teenage Girls

Charlotte Newell acted for the Crown in this prosecution of Zia Uddin, a Primark Store Guard who was convicted after a 2 week trial at Kingston Crown Court for sexually assaulting four teenage girls. He was convicted of one count of rape and four counts of causing or inciting a child to engage in sexual activity. He will be sentenced on the 19th November.
