Red diesel trial collapse shows ‘systemic disclosure failings’

The client of James Martin, Peter Norton, whose trial for alleged VAT Fraud in relation to Red Diesel collapsed in February has appeared on BBC news highlighting the disclosure issues that led to the 4 year investigation being aborted mid-trial. Instructed by the Stokoe Partnership.
