People Smuggler Jailed

Ben Holt, led by Bill Emlyn Jones KC of 3 Raymond Buildings, prosecuted this defendant for his part in the manslaughter of 39 Vietnamese migrants. This follows the successful prosecution of nine other men for their roles in the same offending.
