Sexual Activity Acquittal

11 April 2024

Olivia Haggar represented a client charged with five counts of Sexual Activity with a Child. The case required pre-recorded cross-examination of a 14 year old witness. Following a four day trial at Snaresbrook Crown Court, the client was acquitted of all charges. Instructed by Marco Guarnieri of SA Law.
